We are asking that every current 2019/2020 student please fill out the survey.

Please know that all options would be in compliance with NYS guidelines.

If you are interested in recital- please give us your opinion on each scenario- we need to have a few plans in place to move forward.

If you are are uninterested in the recital at this time please fill out the "I'm not interested in recital" section and skip the other parts.
