Registration for this season has officially opened.  We will be doing ONLINE registration ONLY!  If you are a NEW student- please fill out the form below so we can set you up with a parent portal login.

If you are a previous student- please register via your parent portal.

 

Once you are registered you will receive an email confirmation from Createdance@hotmail.com

You will also receive an invoice to the email you provided.

Class sizes are extremely limited.  No spots are held until payment is received.

No child can start class until policy form is filled out at studio and a credit card is added on file.
